Created by rigging TD Jakub Krompolc in 2010 this tutorial is great introduction to various Maya techniques of creature deformation setups in clear and simple way.
Each of the five chapters has Maya scene(s) and PDF document explaining the technique and where it should be used. This is ideal for riggers who would like to explore advanced ways to achieve realism and get more control over the shape of the deformation in their rig.
Many of these techniques can be also applied to enhance face setup.
